How to get in touch with us if you have lost a personal item or if your luggage has not arrived with your flight.
Lost luggage
If your luggage did not arrive with your flight you should contact the ground staff. They will make a lost report which will enable a thorough search for your missing luggage.
We will always do what we can to find your luggage and deliver it to your home or temporary address.

Lost property
If you’ve lost something at the airport, follow these steps to get your missing items back.
To see if your property has been found or handed in contact us by phone or email. If your item is still missing we will be happy to start a search. Please note that the airport can not be held liable for any loss of or forwarding of found property items.
